- In this part of the lesson we are going to explore how we can develop effective AI prompts.
- Many people use AI on a daily basis, however they don't get effective outputs due to the vague prompts they give to the AI
π Effective Prompt Generation
(1) Open up Copilot and paste in the following prompt
(2) Make some adjustments to the prompt in order to make it more effective
- Clear context and purpose e.g. you are writing a letter to the headteacher asking for ties to not be made part of the uniform expectation - is there any additional information you can think would be relevant?
- The Tone: (persuasive, friendly, assertive - you decide!)
- Worth Noting: (additional information that can help build the prompt e.g. how uniform is important to students with sensory needs)
(3) Copy your improved prompt and the AI generated response into OneNote
